Bought a Packard Bell mini pc with Windows 8.1 With Bing (64bit) Installed. I wanted to this as a mame project but after restoring it from the last user its still full of rubbish software pre-installed from Packard Bell. I just want to do a fresh install of 8.1 but am having issues.
